Natasha Threadgold Recruitment & Consulting is a people-focused consulting, recruitment, and mentoring practice working with individuals, teams, and organisations across healthcare and professional services. I support businesses to grow and scale through clear strategy, thoughtful recruitment, and practical execution, while also mentoring leaders, teams, and individuals to build confidence, capability, and direction. Natasha Threadgold

Natasha Threadgold is a business management consultant, mentor, and coach with over 20 years experience in executive healthcare leadership. Natasha has worked closely with clinicians, boards, individuals and leadership teams to build and scale successful practices, translate strategy into clear action, and create strong, sustainable organisations.

Alongside this, Natasha mentors and coaches individuals at all stages of their career — supporting confidence, clarity, and direction, whether they are stepping into leadership, navigating change, or preparing to enter the workforce. My approach is practical, supportive, and people-focused, delivering meaningful outcomes while developing capable leaders and high-performing teams.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, chasing after my three grandchildren, or out on the golf course (still working on that swing). I love being outdoors — walking on the beach, staying fit and active and soaking up time in nature. I’m social, adventurous, and value genuine connection, and I’m often described as patient, caring, and fun to be around.

These same qualities — calm, care, energy, and connection — are exactly how I show up in my work, supporting people and organisations to do their best work together.
