  • From job ad to offer letter, I manage the entire process. I handle it all so you can stay focussed on running your practice. Have as much or as little involvement. I will keep you informed every step of the way.

  • I’ve worked in healthcare roles - across a broad range of specialties. That firsthand experience gives me unrivalled insight into what makes a great hire.

  • I stay connected well beyond the hire. Scheduled check-ins at 1, 4, 8 and 12 weeks are included in my services to ensure placement success.

  • I stand by my recruitment. If it doesn’t work out in the first three months, I’ll find a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Need support with position descriptions, employment contracts, or induction programs. I can supply these too (available at an additional cost).

I then support offer negotiations to ensure clarity and confidence for both parties.
